The Three-Bedroom Apartment was spacious, providing fine garden views. The lovely pool and kids play area were perfect for family fun, while the restaurant served up a good buffet breakfast every morning. The staff went above and beyond. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast for our early morning safari.

I had a fantastic time at Heri Heights! The gardens are fine, creating a peaceful escape in the city. My room was clean and spacious, and the staff, especially Efelda, really took care of us. Some kitchen items could be better, but overall a lovely stay!

The attic room had a painfully low ceiling—bumping my head repeatedly!!! The bathroom's lack of privacy and outdated linens left much to be desired!!! A kettle would have been welcome in the poorly equipped kitchen!!!

While the location was tranquil, it felt quite isolated from shops and dining options.
